# Privacy Policy - Idle Server Tycoon _Last updated: 2026-06-16_ This Privacy Policy explains how the **Idle Server Tycoon** mobile application ("the app", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use it on Android or iOS. The app is developed and published by Pawel Sekara. By installing or using the app, you agree to the practices described here. The app is an offline-first idle game. **We do not operate any servers of our own, and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.** Your game progress is kept on your device. The only data processing that occurs is performed by the optional third-party platform services described below, each under its own privacy policy. ## Information stored on your device Your game progress - cash, infrastructure, reputation, purchase entitlement, and settings - is saved only in local storage on your device. We do not transmit it to us or to anyone else. It remains until you: - use the in-app **"reset all progress"** option, or - **uninstall** the app. We do not have access to this local data and cannot retrieve or restore it for you. ## Third-party services The app integrates the following services. When active, they may process certain data as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store the underlying data ourselves. ### Google AdMob - advertising The app shows optional, **rewarded video ads** (you choose to watch them for an in-game bonus). To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, general location inferred from IP, and coarse app-usage and interaction data. - On **iOS**, you may be shown an **App Tracking Transparency** prompt. If you sign in, the platform submits your **gamertag/nickname** and your **scores** (lifetime reputation and "Great Rewrites" counts) to its leaderboard service so they can be displayed to other players. When it does, Google may receive your IP address and the standard request metadata required to deliver the files. We do not sell personal information. ## Data retention - **On-device data** (game save, settings, cached Premium entitlement) is retained until you reset progress or uninstall the app. - **Data held by third parties** (ad identifiers, purchase records, leaderboard scores) is retained and deleted according to each provider's own policy and the controls they offer. ## Security On-device data is stored within the app's private storage, protected by your device's operating system. Data transmitted to the third-party services above is sent over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections managed by those providers. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we rely on the platform protections provided by Google, Apple, and your device. ## International data transfers The third-party providers (Google, Apple) are global services and may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in their respective privacy policies. ## Children's privacy The app is **not directed at children under 13** (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising is delivered by AdMob under the audience and content settings declared in the app's store listings.
